Scheana Shay Talks Restraining Order Dismissal as Brock Shades Raquel, Plus Scheana Suggests She'll Take Legal Action Against "PR Stunt"

Scheana Shay spoke out on Twitter after Raquel Levissrestraining order against her was dropped.

After hinting that she’ll take legal action against Raquel’s filing, which she claims abused the court system, the Vanderpump Rules star addressed her court win on Twitter as her husband, Brock Davies, weighed in on his Instagram Story.

Also on social media on Wednesday, Brock shared a photo from the court and shaded Raquel’s filing against his wife.

Following the dismissal of Raquel’s order against Scheana, Raquel’s attorney released a statement, explaining why she was not present at the hearing.

“Scheana and her attorney were notified from the reunion to emails that Raquel wasn’t moving forward with the RO. The court was notified by Raquel’s counsel that we were not attending and are not moving forward and we had filed the paperwork requested by the court clerk which is stamped received,” the attorney explained to Entertainment Tonight.

“Their attendance was to grandstand which was predictable but at least he finally admits there was physicality involved and Raquel stands by her initial statement that Scheana punched her in the face supported by photos of her bruised eyebrow bone and slashed eyebrow. Not the dark circles that Scheana is trying to deflect towards,” they added.

But according to Scheana, it wasn’t she who was “grandstanding.”

“She didn’t drop it, which is why we had to come here today. With this type of restraining order, there’s no way to dismiss the case,” she explained to TMZ outside of the courtroom. “That’s why we had to show up.”

“I think her absence today further proves that this was all a PR stunt from the beginning, trying to just deflect from [her affair with Tom Sandoval], save face, and abuse the court system,” Scheana continued, shedding light on real victims of domestic violence.

“There’s people out there that actually need this,” she stated. “There are real victims of domestic violence out there. There’s amazing organizations such as Futures Without Violence, LifeWire, who help people who really need this so the abuse of process it’s just… Phew.”

Then, after saying “hell no” to a potential reconciliation with Raquel, Scheana revealed she’s meeting with her lawyer this week to discuss taking action against Raquel for her allegedly bogus court filing.

“I’m gonna have a meeting with my lawyer this week and you’re gonna have to talk to him about that,” she shared.

Also during her interview with TMZ, Scheana commented on how Raquel’s affair with Sandoval has impacted Ariana Madix.

“It’s extremely unfortunate. Ariana doesn’t deserve what has happened to her,” she said. “I’m just here to be her support system.”

Vanderpump Rules season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
