Donald Faison Wiki Biography

Donald Faison Net Worth $10 Million

So how rich is Donald Faison? Sources estimate his current net worth to have reached $10 million, most of his wealth having been accumulated from his roles in different television series, films and music videos.

While Donald Faison’s first television appearance was in 1991 commercials, his road to success really began in 1995 when he appeared in the comedy film “Clueless”, and television series by the same name which ran for three more years. Between 2000 and 2002, he starred in another TV series – “Felicity”. His success in these series lead to him being chosen to be one of the main stars of the medical comedy “Scrubs” which successfully ran for nine years. Donald’s co-star Zach Braff, whom he met on the set of “Scrubs”, has become his best friend in real life which might be one of the secrets of the duo’s incredible on-screen chemistry. His role of Christopher Turk in “Scrubs” was a huge breakthrough in Donald’s acting career and made the biggest contribution to his net worth. For his performance in these series, Donald won two BET Comedy Awards and has been nominated for four Teen Choice Awards and four NAACP Image Awards.

Another significant TV series in Donald’s television career is the comedy series “The Exes” in which he has portrayed the character of Phil Chase since 2011.

Donald is known not only as actor, but also a comedian. During his movie career, Donald has appeared in a couple of interesting films such as the short film “Ravedactyl: Project Evolution” in 2001 and the science fiction film “Skyline” in 2010, which might have not contributed much to his fame, but certainly show that he is not afraid to work on unusual, rather than mainstream projects.

Another factor that might have contributed to his net worth is his work as a voice actor. He was the voice of various characters in the animated series’ “Clone High” (2002-2003), “Robot Chicken” (since 2005), the sitcom “The Boondocks” (2008) and “Adventure Time” (2012). In 2013 he became a host of improvisation comedy sketch series “Who Gets the Last Laugh?” which has been a success and is currently Donald’s main project that he works on.

In his personal life, Donald has been married twice. His first wife was Lisa Askey; the couple were together between 2001 and 2005, and have three children: twins Dade and Kaya (born in 1999) and a son Kobe (born in 2001). Donald also has an older son Sean (born in 1997). Donald is now married to CaCee Cobb – they married in 2012 in his best friend Zach Braff‘s home. Together they have a son Rocco (born 2013), and are also expecting another child in 2015.
